If you're redoing the lighting in your kitchen, consider energy efficient LED lighting by Permlight. Consuming 30 percent less energy than fluorescent lights and 80 percent less than incandescent, these all-in-one fixtures can be installed in most lighting applications, including recessed cans and overhead lights.
